Where Mental Health Meets College Access

Challenge Accepted!

Did you know that Mental Health is among the strongest predictors of students’ persistence and retention in higher education?

That's right! A student's likelihood of successfully graduating from college has something to do with their mental health. Not to get you all sad in here- but you should know that depression and anxiety are amongst the highest concerns of college students across the nation. Along with imposture syndrome, eating disorders, and estrangement. Many of which can be tied to lack of preparedness for the college transition!

Challenge Accepted is designed to assist students with their college transitions and mitigate mental health concerns along the way.

"This Is How We Do It"
  • Students participate in 1:1 or group workshops centered on agency, goal-setting, and self-exploration.

  • Workshops are held virtually, depending on the participant's schedule.

  • Participants receive checklists, guides, and college transition tips to assist them with navigating their admissions and enrollment experiences.

  • Check out one of our most popular checklists below!

  • The duration of Challenge Accepted is once a week for three weeks.

  • After we've received the student's free application and the $55 Membership Fee, Coach Kay will schedule their sessions.

  • Please note that we also post free tips on our website!

  • If you're interested in Challenge Accepted, please email Coach Kay.
